One decoded CMD_LIMITATION_STATUS_RESP payload.

The value layout is confirmed: it fits the replies of a VELUX window dry (0 % minimum, 100 % maximum) and under rain (93 % minimum), and the limitation status of the KLF 200 API specification v3.18, section 10.5.4 (issue #98). The originator and remaining-time bytes read 00 in every reply captured so far, rain included, so their meaning is still an assumption. A Somfy awning answers with another value in the first byte, which decodes as a non-main parameter.
