Detailed Description

The preamble and CTRL1 shape one copy of a 1W burst gets.

Chip-neutral by design: this header names bytes, not chips, and does not know about TuningConfig — resolving OneWayPreamble::NORMAL to an actual byte count is OneWayTransmitter's job (oneway_transmitter.h), the one place in the controller layer that holds a TuningConfig *.
